Electric actuator maintenance and repair

The maintenance and repair of the electric actuator is divided into two parts: daily maintenance test and disassembly inspection. The daily maintenance test ensures that the equipment is in good condition and prolongs the service life; the disassembly inspection is used to solve the electrical or mechanical failure in the test to restore the equipment to normal. , safe and well put into use.

1. Daily maintenance test:

1. Visual inspection;

2. Battery power and performance inspection;

3. Manual automatic switching function test, if there is a problem, it needs to be repaired in time;

4. Electrical part testing, testing actuator controls, feedback signal testing, actuator limit, torque setting testing;

5. Check that the motor has no oil leakage and sweeping, and if there is a problem, it needs to be repaired in time;

6. Check the oil quality of the actuator lubricating oil and replace it at least once every 3 years;

7. Detect the mechanical parts of the actuator, if there is a problem, it needs to be repaired in time;

2. Dismantling and overhauling:

1. Land the actuator, dismantle it, replace the damaged parts, reinstall it, and re-calibrate it to restore the actuator to its normal working state.

3. Emergency maintenance of electric actuator:

For the faulty MOV electric actuator, Party B shall go to the site for maintenance in time after receiving the notice, and replace the accessories if found.

The specific work includes: dismantling and overhauling the mechanical part; dismantling and overhauling the electrical part; after all the tests are completed, the actuator is reassembled and powered on for debugging.
